Your information, handled with care

Machinzi provides business management software for machinery and vehicle importers and dealers. For any question about privacy, contact us at sales@machinzi.com.

• Demo requests. When you use the “Request a Demo” form we receive your name and phone number, and — only if you choose to add them — your business name, email address and message.
• Technical data. Like any website, our server sees basic request details such as your IP address and browser type. We use these only to keep the site working and to block spam.
• Cookies. We use a single session cookie that protects the demo form against forged submissions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• To contact you about the demo you asked for and answer your questions.
• To prepare a quote and, if you become a customer, to set up and support your account.
• To protect the website from misuse.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Businesses that use Machinzi enter their own records into it — such as inventory, sales, clients, installments and ledgers. That data belongs to the business. We use it only to provide the service to that business and to help when they ask for support.

If you are a client of a business that uses Machinzi, please contact that business directly about your information.

This website and hosted Machinzi accounts run on servers provided by our hosting company. The website loads its font from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to download it. Notification emails are sent through our hosting provider’s mail service.

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to remove your demo request. Just write to sales@machinzi.com.

Machinzi is a service for businesses and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy as Machinzi grows. The current version is always the one published on this page.
