The ground rules, kept simple

These terms apply to the Machinzi website and the Machinzi software (the “Service”). By using the Service, your business (“you”) agrees to them. Your quote or contract with Machinzi sets out the commercial details; where it differs from these terms, the contract applies.

Machinzi is business management software for machinery and vehicle dealers — covering inventory, import tracking, sales, installments, ledgers and reports. It is offered in different editions, either hosted online or installed on your own computer. The features you receive depend on the edition in your agreement.

• You are responsible for the user accounts you create, for keeping passwords private, and for how your staff use the software.
• Let us know straight away if you believe an account has been used without permission.
• Machinzi keeps a support account on each installation, used only to provide support and maintain the Service.

• Fees, billing cycle and any setup charge are as set out in your quote or contract.
• Invoices are due by the date shown on them.
• If an invoice remains unpaid after the agreed grace period, access to a hosted account may be paused until payment is received.

• The business data you enter into Machinzi belongs to you. We use it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for having the right to record information about your own clients and suppliers in the Service.

You must not use the Service for anything unlawful, try to access other customers’ data, interfere with our systems, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software except where the law allows it.

Support is provided through the contact details on this website. We work to keep the Service running smoothly, though occasional interruptions for maintenance or updates may happen.

Machinzi is a record-keeping tool; business decisions based on its information remain your own. To the extent the law allows, Machinzi is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

Either side may end the Service as described in your contract. We may suspend the Service if these terms are seriously breached or fees remain unpaid.

We may update these terms as Machinzi grows; the current version is always the one published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
